2. Description of Service

CHLPREP provides an online educational course designed to fulfill the handgun safety training requirement under Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 166.291 for Concealed Handgun License (CHL) applications. Upon successful completion of the course and payment, users receive a certificate of completion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. The course is designed for individuals seeking to apply for an Oregon CHL, which requires applicants to be at least 21 years old. Taking this course does not guarantee CHL approval, which is determined by your county sheriff.

4. Course and Certificate

The course covers Oregon CHL laws, firearm safety, and related topics.
You must pass the quiz with a score of 70% or higher to receive a certificate.
Certificates are issued immediately upon payment completion.
Certificates include your name, completion date, instructor information, and a unique verification number.
You are responsible for providing accurate information for your certificate.

5. Payment and Refunds

CHLPREP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

11. Governing Law
